As a general rule, ¥500,000 is provided to help cover childbirth expenses. Using the Direct Payment System reduces the amount you have to pay upon discharge.

If you have problems with your child's bullying or truancy, please consult with the Ota City Board of Education (0276-47-1111) or the Children's Human Rights 110 (0120-007-110).

This is a free facility where preschool children and their parents can play. You can also consult about childcare and interact with other parents.

When moving, change your address at City Hall and submit the issued documents to the new school.

It is an educational facility for children from 3 years old. It is eligible for the free education system, and usage fees are free.

You can enroll your child if childcare is necessary due to work or other reasons. Applications for April enrollment take place in the autumn of the previous year.

Once your pregnancy is confirmed, submit a pregnancy notification to the City Hall to receive your Maternal and Child Health Handbook and subsidy coupons for health checkups.
