    Please complete the enrollment procedures for National Health Insurance and National Pension at Ota City Hall within 14 days of resigning. It is important not to remain uninsured or unenrolled.

    If you leave your job, you must join City Health Insurance within 14 days. Bring the 'Certificate of Loss of Insurance' from your old company to City Hall!
